Please note: The name and email address of the user(s) who will fill out the form needs to be collected before access can be granted.

Step 1: Create a new form

Click on the "Create new form" button next to the search bar and enter the trading name of the merchant.

Click on "Save". The empty form can be accessed from the main overview.

Step 2: Invite your merchant's users

To give the merchant access to the form, click on "Invite merchant" in the Action column. The user will only be able to access the form for the defined merchant.

Enter the email address, first name and last name of the user. Select the role and click "Create User".

Once the user is created, they'll receive an invitation with a temporary 7 day password.
