User management

Administrators can add and manage users through the Configurations > User management section of the Dashboard.

Add new user

To add a new user to the Dashboard select the New user account button and provide the requested details:

  • Select the merchant IDs or PSP IDs the user should have access to.
  • Add the user's email.
  • Add the user's first and last name.
  • Select the user's role: Admin, Editor, or Viewer.

User Status

Users will be in one of the following states:

Active: The user has access to the Dashboard and has previously signed in.

Disabled: The user has been disabled and is unable to access the Dashboard. The message 'User is disabled' will appear for any attempted sign-in.

Invite sent: New users who have been invited to the Dashboard, issued a temporary password, and have yet to sign in. Temporary passwords expire after 7 days and can be resent from the user's profile by selecting the 'Resend invitation email' option.

Password reset required: The user's password has expired, or a reset has been requested by an admin. The user will see the message: 'Password reset required for user due to security reasons.' upon their next sign-in. A password reset code will be sent immediately to the user's email, and it will be valid for 1 hour. The user will be unable to sign in until they set a new password.

SSO: User accesses the Dashboard using single sign on and is managed through an external SAML identity provider (IdP).

Disabling access

A user's access to the dashboard can be enabled or disabled through the 'Manage user' menu on their profile page.

Resend invitation email

A user with the status of 'Invite sent' can have their invitation email resent through the 'Manage user' menu on their profile page.
