Issuer reporting a chargeback	365 days from transaction date
Merchant responding to dispute	9 days from chargeback reception date
Issuer analyzing and deciding a dispute	Issuer analyzing and deciding a dispute
Issuer deducting a disputed chargeback	365 days from response date

The vast majority of the chargebacks deducted are discounted during the period of analysis and decision by the issuer. Surpassing this period without a chargeback being deducted is a great indication of having potentially won the dispute.
