Accept / Challenge Dispute (UNDER DEVELOPMENT)

Merchants can use this endpoint to accept/challenge a dispute. Only authenticated merchants or PSPs acting on behalf of a merchant can call this endpoint via Global API (GAPI). This feature can be disabled via feature flags.
